CO Marathon (16March, Fri)
Can you imagine going to CO at ard 8.20am and reaching home at ard 11.30pm after a CO dinner? My entire Friday was dedicated to CO. I had self practice in the morning. I let half of the xyz ppl to listen to CO recordings while wanting helped the rest to mark their erhu with dots. At 11.40am We had xyz lunch together at a hawker centre in AMK central and I had a nice chit-chat session with the some of the J1s. Then, wanting and i had to leave early for our exco meeting ,which was scheduled at 1pm, regarding CO concert in May. A lot of stuff need to be done. Haiz!! Next we had combine practice at 2pm with all the JC1s joining us. It's was really packed, but it's a good sign. However, xyz is still short of players. haiz. Mr Ng mentioned tt we need at least 2 more players! Quite a difficult task... =( The combine pract ended abt 5.40pm and we started spring cleaning! hmmm...we took out and polished all our mouldy cases and instruments. Not to mention it was quite disgusting. Finally, we were able to pack up and leave the school before 7.30pm. Then, Shuzi, Susanna, Esther, HuiPing, Charlie, Jun Hao, Felicia, Sylvia, WeeLing, Ming Quan and I went for dinner together. We were very indecisive of where to eat. (shall not go into details) in the end we took abt 40mins to settle down and finally have our dinner. Haiz. We had dinner in AMK's S11 and we chatted all the way until 10.20pm!! O_o Gosh! But it was awesome, we got a chance to know each of us better! hahaha. I was stunned by the time i reached home!! 11.30pm!! hahaha..Quite cool!

Music Therapy @ SGH (17 March, Sat)
Today, I volunteered at SGH for this music therapy for the hearing impaired kids. I feel sorry for them but look at their smiles on their faces, they are just like any other kids. They lead a normal life just like others. It's not tt i want to say they should live an adnormal life or one full of obstacles but I feel bad for feeling sorry for them. I realised that i shouldn't feel sorry for them instead, i should feel sorry for myself. Joseph Chan, a 21-year-old hearing aid user, did a wonderful piano performance at the event. He was exempted from NS but he insisted on serving the country. And now he is going to US for his engineering degree. All these really make me ponder alot. How fortunate i am? (although i grumble alot) How weak i am in front of obstacles? (I can't see the perseverance in myself) How much i can help/serve the others, community and even the country? (with these kinda temper, attitude and personalities, how far can i go?) Mrs Narthan and Eunice Olsen were there at the event too. They really have this kind of great-noble-aura surrounding them. I'm not saying i want to be like them, but i feel that i should help more.
