Elope plan failed... =(((( Dear is going to France instead of San Francisco, as he was paranoid by the moving Pacific Ocean plate which may cause EQ and tsunami in North America. This means that we won't be able to celebrate my birthday and anniversary together again. It is kind of disappointed that being 2 years together, we never got the chance to celebrate anniversary together. However, I was glad that he said that he was trying to look for budget air flight from LA to France so that I can join him after my Silicon Valley trip. But, i think it will be even better if he pays for my air ticket! HAHAHA.

Recently I have been thinking about my future and doubting my competency. My work efficiency and quality are definitely not up to professionalism and I honestly dishearten because of that. I know that people will say that I'm still young and I'm still learning, which I agree on, but I think that is not a valid excuse for me to produce substandard work. I seriously need to give more thoughts to my action, act appropriately and be focus of what I'm doing. I have to get the things right on first trial. This is what Dear told me, "...because sometimes you never got a second chance." Even though he is a well-known workaholic, who at times chooses studies over me, I really admire his drive for work and the perfectionism that he always strives to achieve. Being good is not enough. It is always about exceeding expectations. I think, I still need to brush up on that.

Lastly, I really want to thanks Dear for giving me all the emotional support that I need when I'm feeling down. He has his way of encouraging people and I know that it's all for my own good.
"Once you feel incompetent, you are bound to fail. So pick yourself up..." Of course he ended with a sweet note which I won't go further to talk about it. Despite only seeing each other for only 3-4 hours per week, I am glad that both of us made an effort to take time off from our busy schedule. Thanks for being there for me, you are my bestest BF. =) Hugs.

eLOPE

Planning to elope with dear in Jul to US! =)))) Technically, eloping together...We will just meet in US, California! Woohoo! We can celebrate our anniversary there! *Hugs*.

However, the recent news of several abnormal activities around the Pacific Ocean plate tectonic following the mega EQ in Japan make me worry. =((( Hopefully it will be peaceful when we are in California. No tsunami please. =X
