Accuracy of Death

Who dun like HIM? Takeshi Kaneshiro!!! Argh!!! He is a perfect sculpture of human being...I watch the "Accuracy of Death" with WeiNing and Cheryl Seah last week. Ors...It's awesome!!! i LOVE it!!! Can't believe i made a loud sound effect in the theatre when i saw Takeshi-san just stepped out from the telephone booth(0:29). He has the most natural charisma, elegance, X-factor etc...He is born to be a STAR!! Everything seems so nice abt this movie, be it the plot, the settings, the background music, the actors and actresses...So pls watch this movie.

Half day...

Hey ppl, pls read my previous previous post, which is on 27April! I have show to recommend, it's 《少年楊家將》!!!

Today i took half-day leave from GE to have an early celebration of Mother's day with my mother and bro. We went to 天津楼, United Restaurant, located along Pagoda Street, for lunch. Actually, bro planned to take pictures of the foody but we were too hungry that we finished the food before we could take it. HAHAHA. The soup that we order was contained in a coconut, both my bro and i rated that as No. 1! Must try. We also ordered 八宝鸡翅膀、螃蟹肉炒饭和蛋豆腐. They are nice but not to the extent of very delicious...consider above average? should be...After lunch, we went to Guan Yin Temple in Bugis for praying. We part with bro after that. Mum and i headed to buy 4D and Toto...Yah! i haven't checked whether i got strike or not. Wait arh...(2mins later) Aiya...didn't strike. hahaha. Went shopping with Mum at OG after buying 4D. ^_^ Bought my mum a pair of shoes (beverly hills polo club) which cost 68bucks! As long as she likes it! Anyway, i can claim half of the cost from bro =)
Purchase $20 and above in a single receipt will be entitled to get a free pearl FRESH from AN OYSTAL! Such a bargain and it will have a significant meaning since tt particular pearl will be obtained from the oystal just for me, of course I won' let it off! =) Well, true enough, there were many oystals on the counter and the salegirl took one of them and opened it up for ME!!! Oh, i got purplish pearl and shape is nice too!(accordng to the salegirl, purplish pearl is not as common as the normal milky one!^_^ lucky!) Made a pendant with it...well, only the pearl itself is free..but not the pendant...in the end, i spent $78 on it...but i think it is worthy...MINE PEARL...so cool...hahaha..continued with shopping with my mum after that.

UNI

骄者必败, now i have a taste of it. Haiz. I thought that i could get a place in MSE of NUS with my 4 As, but i was wrong. The competition for that course was too intense and i ended up in my third choice, Common Engineering. Some may think that i'm stupid for not applying for NTU AND SMU at all. But my brother, my close friends are all in NUS, so is my heart. I don't regret making such a decision, i just feel a bit pity. But it's all the same, isn't it? No matter what is your grade now, everyone will be starting from the same level again when Year 1 starts. Or maybe God/Guanyin Niang Niang feels that i'm not suitable for MSE. Who knows, maybe it's blessing in disguised? Everything seems so foreign in Uni. i should try out more stuffs/modules, search for my interests in my first year before coming to a conclusion. 1 month is too short for making such a critical decision. i'm given 2nd chance and more time to think about my future. So there's nothing inferior abt Common Engineering! =)
Well, don't worry for me, i'm happy-go-lucky kinda person. At most, i'll have to work harder in my first year and wait for the streaming the next year. However, my main concern is the competition against the scholars in Engineering...Yucks...not sure whether i will survive over there. =X
