Christmas is around the corner

Christmas is around the corner. When festival is ard the corner, i'll feel more lonely. Popular destinations will get very crowded. I don't like tt kinda feeling. I prefer to stay at home or someone's hse. I'm a "Zai Nv"(taiwanese way of saying a gal who always stay at home), prefer to watch tv/play games. Or i should say i want to be one, but my actions are totally opposite...i hardly stay at home, esp these few weeks. Home is more like a hotel to me. A place for lodging and eating...Haiz.

Yesterday was Dong Zhi, I ate 28 rice dumpling balls! hahaha...I like Tang Yuan (rice dumpling balls) because we share the same surname! hahaha. -_-'''

Thursday @ Ritz-Calton Hotel

It's Raffles Design Institution's advance diploma fashion design show. Yanling was one of the designers. Chris, Meichan, ZR and I met at city hall. We lost our way, so we ended up taking a taxi there! It's a Merce Taxi!! hahaha...Quite Shiok going to a high class hotel with a high class car (or taxi). Muhaahaz. When the taxi was about to turn in to Ritz-Calton, ZR said, "Wow, can't see the hotel, no wonder it's 6-stars." Outside the entrance of the show, we managed to find Yanling's design portfolio. It was really awesome! hahaha. Her theme is "The Witch Howl". It's a black witchy series. The show began at around 7pm. I was focusing on the clothes and the models' figures. They are SOOOOOO SKINNY. It's too skinny tt i think that's it's a bit creepy. I could see one of the models' spinal cord clearly when she was walking on the runway! (OMG) They made me think of STICK MAN! (These clothes are designed by yanling, so cool right! it's awesome!)When we were about to leave the hotel, we saw this candy house. It's made of real biscuits and candies. Zr went into the candy house while MEICHAN ATE ONE OF THE BISCUITS!! ARGH. She is soooooo daring...ZR looked so cute in the candy house; he should stay there forever! hahaha.Then Meichan, ZR n I chatted at TCC @ City Link until 11. I reached home at around 11.50pm. (so late) Still need to wake up early for work the next day....

Friday @ Mandarin Hotel

It's GE Money's Dinner and Dance. I was one of the performers together with Keith, Amy and Amelia, singing "Can't take my eyes off you". It's a "competition" among different departments. Although we only get consolation prize ($100 cash), we were very happy as everything was so last min. My boss, Shawn, was so on man! When we were performing, he led the whole department there to sing along! hahaha. Well, there was this dancing session where all of us will get to the dance floor and dance. It really feel like you were clubbing...(i think so) quite cool, apart from the loud music...i could only dance for 3-4songs den i got sian diao...(short attention span)
Well, this is the first time i saw drunken ladies. Wow...She was already drunk in the MIDDLE of the event. Haiz, what a pity. I don't think she could really enjoy the whole event as she was constantly pull back to her seat by her colleagues. (plus, i dun think she can recall what had happened when she was sobbed) She fell off from her seat more than 3 times! That must be painful. Haiz, Should learn from me, don't need wine also can get high! hahaha. The D’n’D ended at around 11.45pm, but it didn't appear to me that it was 11.45pm when i was walking along the Orchard Road. It looked like it was only 8pm with so many vehicles on the road! Although i didn't win the lucky draw, I was lucky enough to catch the last train towards Jurong East. =) Reached home at around 12.45am.

I HATE RAINY DAY

I HATE RAINY DAY. THINGS JUST TURN THEIR BACK ON ME. Shoes got wet. Feet got dirty. I got wet even under the umbrella. I got locked out from my company computer. I was late for dinner appointment with cousins. Worse, I FELL! ARGH!!!! Nail chipped, my new skirt got dirty...
I tried to eat cheese again. I ate 2 cheesy baked mussles and pan seared DORY(hey, chris & jx, i'm eating myself!) with cream sauce. (plus cream puff) Wow...the mussles really taste OISHI(delicious) BUT exactly 2hours after the dinner...i had stomach-ache. Den i found myself in the toilet LS (diarrhoea).

I went to see doctor in the morning. My sore throat is really unbearable. Haiz. Well, I think he is very free and we started chatting, talking about work and university. He has been my doctor since i was K1. Well, I think what he said really make sense. Everything has it's good and bad sides. As long as you have the passion, you will not mind. Don't grumble over the bad side, look at the good one, endure and enjoy it. Well, that's life isn't it. Sometimes things don't happen the way we want, nvm, just take it as the way it is. Like my current pay is $6.50 per hour, while other temp staffs form other job agency got $7 per hour. I keep telling myself don't compare bcos this will make my life miserable. At least i got paid too! I must learn to enjoy my work! Actually, it's cool to work in a finance company, i got to learn new stuffs and gain experience! I must learn to be contented! ^_^

Chingy, Cheryl, Melissa, Pav, Weeling and Ziling came to my hse to watch movie and drama together. I cooked spaghetti for them. *for those who doubt my cooking, it's edible and they said it's delicious.* Well, we watched Pirates - the curse of the black pearl. After that Ching n Cheryl went off first while the rest remained to watch "The story of Yamada Taro". I'm glad tt they enjoy this drama. It's really funny and sweet. I went to sleep first as i had my medication, while they continue to watch Yamada. Mel went off when it's showing Ep 3, i think she went for church. Den Pav, Weeling n Ziling con't with the show. I could hear the laughter periodically. hahaha. By the end of the session, they were at Ep 6. Then, Ziling and I went for dinner together and off for........Singapore Indoor Stadium!!!WOH! It's SHOWtime!

Thanks Ching for the tickets! Her aunt won 2 $98 tickets and Ching asked whether any of the sisters want to go. But cheryl cannot make it last minute so i got to go! So i ought to thank cheryl too! Below are the photo ziling n i took "with the stage". Hahaha. We met Ching at Kallang MRT and took a cab to Indoor Stadium. She bought the $128 ticket, sitting with her family! This reminded me of the SHE concert i went to in the beginning of the year. Both were brilliant and most importantly, BOTH WERE FREE! hahaha. I brought binoculars! Before the show started, Ziling and I were spying for stars who came for this concert. We spotted Felicia Chin and Dawn! They are pretty! haaha.
At 8.15pm, Show On Stage began! He danced awesomely! I really love the chair dance. It's super cool! I was quite high despite my sore throat. So Ziling and i split the job, she was in charge of the screaming while i'm in charge of waving the lightstick and jump/dance/move with rhythm. She did a great job in screaming! hahaha. I could tell that she was really high. hahaha. One section of the concert was damn funny. Show would pick a "girlfriend" and sing a love song to her. But the seat tt the computer picked was sat by a guy. So it turned up to be damn gay and awkward! hahaha. Show amended the lyrics from "girlfriend" to "good friend" den to "brothers". It was very funny to see 2 guys sitting on the "love chair", holding hands! hahaha. Overall, the concert is high and i really enjoy it! Thank you Ching, Cheryl and Ziling! ^_^
